Good afternoon, I own the property on 301 N Washington Ave. First I want to know if you have concluded construction there because there are gaps between where my property begins and the sidewalk starts. I need to know if those will be corrected or not because water goes under my building. Before the construction of the sidewalk I did not have that problem. While walking on the west side of the 300 block I also noted that the sidewalk is slanted to the west which means that water is going into those buildings, very noticeable on the Penny Square building. I am concerned not just about my property but also those of my neighbors. I also want to add that when the tree removal was done, the guys damaged my awning and I want that repaired as well. I would love to have an answer, I also sent you an email about flooding on my 102 East Austin Street about two months ago and no answer yet. If the city is not responsible for the damages please provide me with the information to whom I should speak to or direct my claims to resolve this negligent acts. Have a great weekend.
